Please follow the steps as given below.

insert cd- launch start up repair (recommended)

click cancel - view problem detail - click on last

file - it will open like notepad - click file tab

click open -the drive will show -search for windows drive- system 32 - Rename utilman -rename it utilman1

search for cmd -copy the cmd command and past it in same folder -and rename it to utilman - now click the cancel tab - and close the window- click finish -and restart it - now click ease on access tab -the command prompt will appear  - now type ( net user (username) * - and then enter -now you can reset your password
